These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the QK8888 platform, operated under the brand name QK8888 and accessible at https://qk8888.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User" or "you") and the operator of the Platform ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and current. Providing false information, including false age declarations, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of Funds and referral to relevant authorities.

Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a working mobile telephone number and any other information required by the registration form at the time of sign-up. All details must belong to you personally.

The Operator will request identity verification documents ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal request and may request such documentation at any other time at its sole discretion. Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period as notified by the Operator may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal processing or the closure of the Account. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Operator will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your contact details (email address and mobile number) up to date at all times.
• Use the Platform only for lawful recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Not use a VPN, proxy server or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your QK8888 Account are made using the payment methods available in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Bonuses & Promotions

QK8888 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, loyalty rewards and other incentive schemes from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds, and in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount, must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies which players are eligible. New-player offers are typically restricted to first-time registrants. Existing-player promotions may have qualifying deposit or activity thresholds.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute at 100%, while live dealer games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified for each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

Wagering Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers are subject to the specific game or event rules published on the Platform at the time the wager is accepted. The following general wagering rules apply across all categories:

• All bets must be placed using real-money Account Funds or eligible Bonus Funds. Wagers placed using unauthorised methods are void.
• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Accidental or erroneous bets cannot be cancelled after placement confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or manifest pricing error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.

For cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral series — specific settlement rules apply to scenarios such as matches affected by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, match abandonment, super overs, player retirements and late team-sheet changes. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so, in order to circumvent account restrictions or claim additional bonuses.
• Using software bots, crawlers, data-scraping tools, automated betting systems or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform in furtherance of any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or promotion.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, glitch or technical malfunction of the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or any other material information to the Operator.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions or providing false information to payment providers in relation to Platform transactions.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other means to mask your true geographic location in order to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Posting, transmitting or communicating abusive, defamatory, harassing or unlawful content through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

A breach of any provision in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds held in the Account (including real-money Funds where legally permissible), permanent Account termination and referral to law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its officers, directors, employees, technology partners and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, whether or not attributable to the Platform's operation.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any technical failure, internet connectivity issue, delay or data loss affecting your access to the Platform or the execution of a bet.
• Any action taken by the Operator in good-faith reliance on information provided by you, including enforcement actions based on a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period as notified by the Operator.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, chargeback fraud or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, including being under the minimum age.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements that necessitate the closure of accounts associated with particular jurisdictions.
• Extended inactivity, subject to applicable dormant account policies communicated to players in advance.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Funds in the Account, including real-money balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed without fault on the part of the Player, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. If an informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures published in the relevant dispute resolution policy, which may include referral to an independent adjudication body.

Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by email to the address registered on their Account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account as set out in Section 5.
